Breakdown of laundromat environment
Used fSpy for camera match
For start i used image modeling method and then started to modify mesh for modularity.
Unwraped in Blender
Since all models are relatively basic i used weighted normals method
Texel density 512px/m
Textures created in Substance designer
Brick material uses parallax occlussion
Other materials inside UE4 have basic parameters exposed like use texture map or single color, tint, roughness multiplier.
